Purchased credits in the current one-time packs do not expire. The 16 signup gift credits expire 30 days after they are granted. Your credit history shows each grant and its expiry.

Is this a subscription?

Accepted Answer

No. Starter, Pro, and Max are one-time credit purchases and do not renew automatically. You can buy another pack when you need more credits.

Question 4

Which payment methods can I use?

Accepted Answer

Stripe is the default secure checkout and opens on this page. When available, you can choose Waffo and complete payment on its hosted page. Available methods depend on checkout readiness.

Question 5

When will my purchased credits arrive?

Accepted Answer

Credits are added after the payment provider confirms the payment. If confirmation is still pending, check your payment result or credit balance before paying again. Contact support if the balance does not update.

Question 6

Can I request a refund?

Accepted Answer

Unused credit packs purchased within 7 days are eligible for a full refund. If you used some credits within 7 days, the unused portion may be refunded proportionally. See the Refund Policy and contact support@removegenie.com with your account email and transaction ID.
